Sparkling

Mionetto II Prosecco- A glint of gold, this lightly sparkling non-vintage wine froths in the glass. Its pleasant, delicate peachy aroma invites a taste.  Very fruity yet dry, it's a fashionable quaff, delicious for summer sipping and fine with spicy fare.

Coppola Sofia Blanc- exudes fresh aromas of peaches, apricots, and tropical fruit, as well as a light perfume of lemon cream. Like Italy's best Prosecco, this wine is vibrant and crisp, displaying bright flavors on the palate and seductive notes of honeysuckle on the finish.

Perrier Jouet Grand Brut- A romantic household name for top Champagne, delivering a vibrant mousse of spiraling bubbles, a delicate bouquet, and a subtle complex flavors.   Layers of lemon zest, tangerine and flower blossoms unfold elegantly amidst a reserved foundation of cream and toast.

Whites

Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc- That classic onslaught of striking passionfruit and grapefruit speaks to this wine’s famous origin in  Marlborough, New Zealand. The palate displays equally exciting citrus and mineral flavours balanced by mouthwatering natural acidity - best with seafood, salads and goat cheese.

Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay- Freshly cut red apple, tangerine and tropical fruits, are balanced by subtle oak and vanilla from barrel aging.  With a mouth-filling body, and flavors of tart apple and toasty graham, this wine delivers a softly buttered, refreshing finish.

Triennes Viognier - A partnership between the famed Burgundy producers Dujac and DRC, grown in the cutting edge vineyards of Southern France.  Classic to viognier, big notes of apricot, peach, crushed flowers and wet stones carry through honey and lime full and fresh body.

Louis Latour Montagny Chenevottes 1er Cru – Impressive label to any Collector - one of Burgundy’s greatest values showcases honeysuckle, pear, and apricot in the nose; a luscious, polished palate generous in its ripe fruit and backed by chalky, stony mineral suggestions and toasted nuts.

Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay- The US’s most requested Chardonnay between $35-$55 on wine lists. Tasters have remarked for a decade at this wine’s shrewd balance between that powerful Burgundy style and the flashy tropical, buttery toast of California.

Cakebread Chardonnay- Deliciously fresh and delectable, Cakebread’s character is nowhere near the massive, viscous buttery attack of 7-8 years ago.  However, this brand remains the New World’s most sought after Chardonnay, and the new style happens to complement food with greater finesse.
