Sparkling

Stanford Brut Governors Cuvee- Hints of green apple and pear are balanced in the aroma and palate with subtle cream and toast. A lively excellent value sparkler.

Veuve de Vernay Cremant- Rich toasty champagne style is complemented by ripe pineapple and citrus notes. Every bit the quality of a Champagne, from fine vineyards outside of the district.

Domaine St Michelle Noir- A beautiful rose sparkling, with a persistent column of small bubbles. Delicate, yet noteworthy for wild strawberry impressions coming through in the nose, and initially a dry impression on the palate, with a soft and fruity finish.

Whites

Man Vintners Chenin Blanc- The versatile classic from South Africa, offering up distinct aspects of honesuckle, almonds, tart pears and spicy minerality.

Santa Barbara Crossing- With a light yellow color, the wine looks younger than its years. Aromas are fresh and lovely--white peaches, pears, flowers and a hint of passion fruit. It captures the charm and complexity of Chardonnay without the oaky extras. Citrus and apples are apparent on the crisp finish.

Graffigna Pinot Grigio- Bolder than any Italian equivalent twice the price, a jasmine bouquet leaps out with peach and apricot.  Truly striking, yet harmonious and refined, with a fuller feel and finish.

Fortress Sauvignon Blanc -This handcrafted single vineyard wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Musque grown using sustainable practices at 2,400ft. in the Red Hills Lake County AVA. Drink either as an aperitif or pair with shellfish, seafood, poultry, pasta, or mildly spicy and fusion fare.
